Also, please pack your items carefully as many parts are simply not replaceable. This particularily applies to the volume shaft of the radios.  Volume controls are both expensive and hard to find.  If the shaft is struck during shipping it can be damaged beyond repair and require replacement....typically $100 plus cost that can be avoided by a small piece of styrofoam pushed fully down over the shaft. That works well. We do not need the knobs with the units unless requested.    Required information with your unit. Name, return address, full contact information (ie Ph, email etc), information on what you would like done, copy of emails helps as well.
